Getting started
If you have your invite code, head to account.layout.link (or use the button at the top of the page). When you are asked for a code, enter your invite code and you will be walked through creating your account. Make sure you add a card to your profile. Without one you will not be able to place orders, and that is the whole point of the beta.

Connecting Layout
After you've made your account you'll have to tie it into your AI app. Layout runs primarily as an MCP platform during this beta, and it works best inside Claude. To connect it, go to Claude.ai, open the connectors page, add a custom connector, name it Layout, and paste in this endpoint: https://mcp.layout.link
You can also use Layout in ChatGPT if you want. Go to the ChatGPT website, turn on developer mode in settings, then add the same endpoint as a custom connector. It takes a few more steps than Claude, so start there if you want the easy path.

Orders will be slower than you are used to at first. Give it up to 5 minutes for a end to end process. That is normal for right now. Every order you place helps us move restaurants from a cold flow to a warm one, which is what makes ordering fast. The more data we get, the better the platform gets, and it compounds quickly.
We are looking for people who actually place mobile orders on a regular basis, whether that is your favorite local spot or chains like Chipotle, Starbucks, and McDonald's. The more you use it, the more useful your feedback is.
