Today I ordered an iced matcha latte and clearly asked for light ice. What I received was a cup filled almost entirely with ice and only a small amount of matcha latte at the bottom. I still paid full price for this. This was very disappointing and frustrating and it is not the first time has happened. If a customer asks for light ice, the drink should be adjusted properly, not mostly ice. I expect better quality and attention to orders.

Horrible service. The guy working was itching his head, complaining, as he made drinks and handled food with no gloves. Complaining over some other employee, rude, and just gross. Get new employees and new management. It’s been 2 years and this Starbucks still lacks good service. Yuck
