  Starbucks (3801 Bayview Plaza) I stopped by this location and ordered a medium macchiato with whipped cream and extra drizzle. The experience ended up requiring three separate corrections before the order was finally addressed. After placing the order, I waited roughly 8–10 minutes. During that time two customers approached the pickup counter because their orders had been made incorrectly. When my drink was handed to me, it was a hot macchiato instead of iced, so I asked for a correction. The replacement drink I received was iced but missing both the whipped cream and the extra drizzle that had been requested. I had to go back a third time to ask for the order to be fixed. Separately, I asked staff whether I could leave a few flyers. One employee said she would “give them to the manager,” but no clear approval or denial was communicated. While waiting inside, I noticed that customer traffic appeared relatively low, and a large portion of the people entering seemed to be connected to nearby offices. The location sits adjacent to a CPS/child-welfare office and other publicly funded service providers, and many of the surrounding businesses in the plaza appear tied to government-fu

  Surprised how dirty the bathrooms were. I ordered a large matcha latte and it was missing about a quarter of the drink?! Never had this happen at any Starbucks before.

  I wouldn't expect great coffee from this place after all it's a Starbucks. The front staff had a pleasant demeanor. I ordered a normal coffee and was handed back the order within minutes. I've seen from other comments that about the wait times. I cannot verify this claim given that I did not order a handcrafted drink. The only thing that I could not stand was the music in the store. They were blasting music at maximum volume. It was so bad that even the cashier could not hear what I was saying. I was hoping to stay at the store to do work, but had to leave as it was too loud in there. I'd give this place another try, but there are nicer Starbucks out there.

  I ordered an iced white chocolate mocha in store and the barista ringed it as hot which I noticed it my receipt. No biggie approach them it’s been 20 minutes already for a drink all the barista could say was okay I can make it iced but no “ I’ll know if it’s hot or cold when the sticker comes out “ . Make it make sense. This Starbucks needs to be organized and staffed properly.

  Horrible experience going to the store! Completely impossible to get your hands on any merch that drops as Barricas take first pics and are able to purchase items prior to the store opening at 4:30 AM. I arrived at the store 3:50 AM prior to the employees and saw them walk in and just store everything on the side for themselves or other family or friends. It’s pretty unfortunate and unfair that customers have to be the last priority in these situations!
