I went to pick up an order and politely asked for a cup holder since I had my other hand occupied. The employee (wearing glasses) handed it to me in a rude manner. I even suggested a double cup holder, as a single one usually bends and the cups can fall, but the attitude was not friendly. The product was fine, but customer service could be improved.

I had an uncomfortable experience at this Starbucks today. I was sitting at one of the accessible tables near the restroom while working on my laptop. I chose that seat specifically because I have a disability that requires frequent restroom access, although it may not be visible to others. An older customer approached me and told me I shouldn’t be sitting there because the table is for disabled customers. I politely told her she was welcome to sit with me at the table, but that I needed the seat as well. She then called a barista over and asked them to make me move so she could use the outlet. The barista asked if I could switch seats with her. While he was polite, I felt uncomfortable being asked to move after already explaining that I needed the accessible seating. Disabilities are not always visible, and customers shouldn’t feel pressured to explain personal medical conditions to justify using accessibility accommodations. I also noticed that another accessible table was occupied, but I was the only one asked to move. I understand the staff member was trying to keep the peace, and I appreciate that he was respectful. The Summer Skies Drink was a cool way to start Summer. It was quite refreshing. Those raspberry flavored pearls burst instantly. Their breakfast sandwich menu is varied and tasty. Great location and friendly customer service.
