Hailey was a kind and friendly barista who had a great energy and great recommendations. Me and my mother had visited this location many times and love the energy and location, but I am writing a review for the barista, Hailey who helped my mother purée a personalized drink as my mother likes to switch around different flavors and doesn't like sticking to one item and results and not having a favorite drink. Hailey had recommended adding a shot of white mocha and oat milk, and my mother ended up loving the drink and now has it as her new regular go-to. this location has great customer service and the cleanliness really adds onto the environment. Looking forward to coming here again soon!

Via drive thru I Ordered hot chai tea without foam with 3 extra pumps of chai syrup, 2 PACKETS OF HONEY and NO FOAM. Tasted more like PLAIN hot milk with a one packet of sugar. WORST Sbux drink EVER. Parked my car and went inside. They explained to me that there have been changes on this particular item which was a bad move! Changes= LESS CHAI, LESS FLAVOR, ARTIFICIAL SYRUP! Management offered nothing in return for my inconvenience other than refund. Oh yeah, they offered me a cake pop 😵💫 I've been ordering chai lattes over the last 20 years, never a problem.

Went here yesterday between 10am-11am and my experience was less than pleasant. There was a middle aged white woman with a high ponytail berating some young barista about mopping the floor. All while holding her index finger up to me as if to indicate “wait your turn”. I won’t be giving my money to this location anymore. If you’re that comfortable abusing your employees in front of customers that you’re being openly rude to, I can’t imagine how your employees are treated behind closed doors. The coffee was also crap and I didn’t finish it. I wish I caught the lady’s name so I could include her directly in the review, but I hope the right person sees it and addresses the issue.

This store always just gives me milk when I order a hot chocolate. I say no mocha drizzle not no mocha pumps. Every time I order from this one it’s just milk. Who orders a hot chocolate but just wants milk. I would just drink milk at home. Please teach your barista how the drinks are made.

Simone is awesome ! Her staff is very friendly and the drinks are excellent and we never had issues. I have been coming to this location forever and I find this location is better staffed and the atmosphere is more positive and friendly than all other starbucks locations I evet visited.
