The coffee was good, but alas, I have to remove one star for lack of them doing an overflow cup. One of my biggest peeves when it comes to some Starbucks stores. If I am paying you nearly $20 a cup for all my add ons, AND want to keep it tasting good? I don't want the barista to "make it all fit". Give me the extra cup that costs corporate not even a cent a piece to have on hand, and charge me out the dairyaire for it. Don't give me the extra? I will stop buying from that store. I have spent THOUSANDS at some stores (yes... Plural). But that hang up of getting what you pay for being too much to ask, especially in this day and age? Ha, you'll be losing business too fast. Money runs the world, if we pay a premium, be generous... That's what saves a company

These folks work too hard to be uncomfortable while working indoors with the sun in their face. This does not seem right, at the register the poor employees are squinting and are just getting blasted by the blinding sun. Please put in better sun shade!!!

The manager Caroline was very rude. She’s the worst. She came up to us 7 times as we were sitting and forced us to order even when we already said we were going to order something. And after all she made the drink wrong. She also refused provide proper service and had a bad attitude. I just wanted to study with my friend and catch up and have a good time but she ruined everything. Worst part of my day. Other workers were more nice, however, this person is always rude. Also, they have closed ahead of scheduled time and kicked us out.

I came in for a chocolate chip cookie because the one at 7 eleven was not good. I ended up getting two petite vanilla scones. One of the baristas just came and gave me a chocolate chip cookie on the house to replace the awful one I had at 7 eleven. Will be back for the friendly service!

We all know Starbucks has good coffee, I don’t need to go over that. I loved the coffee and it was gone in 5 minutes HOWEVER they took 20 minutes to make my order (2 simple drinks.) I ordered online as always but I never do that at this location. DONT do that at this location because even though there were 3 people inside with me they took a good 20 just to put it out. This was on a Friday night, for shift purposes. I highly recommend just driving the 5 minutes to the next Starbucks lol
