I honestly love Starbucks ✨ The coffee is always good and I love stopping by either for drive-thru or going inside. The staff is always really nice and welcoming. I actually had a little accident and spilled my drink, but one sweet girl immediately cleaned everything up and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable at all. I kept apologizing and was so thankful for her kindness 🤍

I don’t actually live in this city, but I drive through about once a week on my way to go snowboarding. I stopped by this Starbucks for the first time by chance last Friday, and I immediately noticed how friendly, attentive, and hardworking the staff were. I came back for a second visit, and even though they were very busy, the team was still just as kind and welcoming. That really made an impression on me, and I wanted to write this review to show my appreciation and encourage the staff. I think this location is officially going to be my regular Friday stop from now on. Thank you for the great service and positive energy!

Rude and disrespectful. Been here a couple times, and none of my previous experiences were like this last one. Only customer at the store, went through drive thru on Sunday afternoon. Order same thing I have been getting at multiple Starbucks locations since the Ube Coconut with the flake dropped for spring. Order, drive up to open window. I wanted extra toasted coconut and when I got my drink I assumed I must have been misheard because they hadn’t charged me for it and it had less than a normal amount on top. I’m not trippin, when she brings me my egg bites I ask if I can get more flakes her: “you have to ask for it and pay extra” — is tone a bit iffy, but as im saying “okayyy…” turn to put down my drink and look to see if I have a dollar in cash, she cuts me off quickly, puts her hand on the window to close it and says “have a nice dayyy” in a very passive aggressive overly cheerful tone that was not subtle at all. I thought about going inside and complaining and maybe pulling “I’m a veteran” card to emphasize that their disrespectful attitude was not acceptable—but I didn’t want to have to confront her and deal with more disrespect. This is my new go-to Starbucks! Roomy seating area, plenty of parking, wonderful staff, clean bathrooms (that don't require remembering codes), and a drive-thru. There are even EV charging spots in the parking lot near the front door. I love that there is easy on/off freeway access. It's fall right now, so they perhaps have outdoor furniture packed away.

Checks all the boxes of what a Starbucks should be! Attentive staff. They actually brought coffee to our table, resolved an ordering mixup quickly, and in our favor! And free refills with, "in dining," orders for ☕ coffee! Super happy! 😀
