Easily the best Starbucks I’ve found so n terms of service. The staff were fast and precise also very polite. They get felt personable and familiar like someone you’ve met before. The barista even included a note on my cup that really boosted my spirits. The cafe itself was perfect; it was clean, atmospheric, cozy, not packed, and just overall a great place. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I like this Starbucks. Everyone is working at their job. I was greeted when I walked in and again when I went to order. It is clean and there were many people sitting and visiting or on their computers. It has a comfortable atmosphere. I will be returning often.

After ordering a bagel, cream cheese, & grande coffee, I sat in this Starbucks located at 1410 E. Roseville Pkwy for approximately 3.5 hours while reading. Upon leaving, I requested a venti filtered water and the worker asked me, “if I had made a purchase with them today? I replied, “I’ve been sitting over there [pointing] for hours.” The worker then asked for my name to “verify” that I had made a purchase earlier. I then questioned, “You have to verify if I bought something to get some water?” He stated, Yes. I need to match it up.” At this point, I refused the water and requested the Store number (6559). I have not had this experience in the past from thisparticular store. I also have been to multiple Starbucks and have NEVER been asked if I “bought something” to requesting a cup of FREE water. I feel I was RACIALLY profiled based on appearance. I am a black female, wearing a hoodie and cap. I immediately called the 800 number and filed a complaint. This was completely uncalled for and should NOT happen!

I like how they make a iced matcha latte with foam. Good taste. Only for this 5 stars. Overall Starbucks should improve coffee (latte, cappuccino, etc) taste quality that is terrible

Location is beautiful but the service was horrible, no greeting and didn’t even call my name when the drink was ready for pick up. The drink itself was tasteless and messed up and when I mentioned that to the barista which I think she’s a store manager too instead of apologizing and offer to remake it she just gave me attitude and ignored me 👎👎👎
