They gave us free drinks to make up for getting us the wrong order. A really great gesture. Also, I forgot about getting a free drink on my Bday, the next day, went to the drive thru, and they still gave my my free bday treat. This store branch is amazing!

Fast service! Drive through, plenty of space to sit inside. Nice ambience. They also have limited outside seating. But, the music was absolutely terrible and loud enough to hear.

Maybe Starbucks is one of these companies these days that’s forgetting to teach their employees Customer Service. I went through the drive-through just now, and I waited and waited at the ordering speaker thing, and nobody was answering. I said hello occasionally once every 30 seconds to a minute and nobody answered for about three minutes. When everybody in front of me had just disappeared from the line I finally drove forward thinking that maybe they just had a problem with their ordering speaker. This guy working the window I think he might’ve been Spanish or something in his plenty, I told him that maybe your Ordering speaker thing is not working. He told me that maybe they were busy and they didn’t answer it, he said next time I come through the drive-through be more patient I said, maybe, when I come through the drive-through, if I’m waiting for a few minutes, somebody should at least say hello, give us a minute, please. When I told him that he laughed and turned away. I don’t need to go to Starbucks. It’s not the only coffee place in town. I’m not interested in this kids food. There’s no reason that I need to check myself. Some person bad customer service. I can go somewhere

Have you ever been served a hot coffee drink in a plastic cup? Instead of remaking the drink, the barista just poured the drink into a paper cup!!! It tasted like melted plastic!!! Yuck! 😝

Got 2 VT caramel Frappuccino ex caramel VT Dragon fruit drink And 2 other drinks. I would like to know why the Frappuccinos are less then half of drink and the rest the whipped cream and why the dragon fruit drink looks like it has milk or something in it. I would like a call from the manager and a replacement with full refund.. this is unacceptable.
