I had the best drive thru experience, the employee I think her name is Ashlyn or Ashley? She was so nice and totally like a girls girl! But I was having a hard morning (I take medication for chronic illness and the side effects make me nauseous) and she was totally very sweet and made my entire day! My order was made perfectly and so quickly! I would definitely come again!

Worst experience ever. Ordered a simple black coffee over the counter, stood right there for like 5min waiting, I thought they were genuinely busy so I took a seat and waiting for more than 15min, still my order was not ready. Finally I could not wait more for a simple black coffee so when I asked for my coffee again, the girl who took the order poured a coffee cup of black coffee in a sec and gave me. No apologies no sorry

I love Starbucks as is evident from my many post. This particular location is convenient as it's right off a freeway, next to our doctors and there's plenty of socially distanced seating. People are awesome too!

I ordered a grande iced horchata oatmilk shaken espresso yesterday. I finished it in the store and asked for a refill for iced coffee. The server said I couldn’t get a refill because the drink I had was an espresso, which is not eligible for a refill. Refills are only given for the exact same initial drink, and espresso drinks are not eligible. I told her that I’ve ordered the horchata oatmilk shaken espresso many times at other stores and have always received a refill. She said that’s not how it’s supposed to work. She explained that if I had ordered an iced coffee or hot coffee, I could get as many refills as I wanted. I felt it wasn’t worth continuing the conversation and ruining my day, so I left. What I should have shown her was the picture. Actually, this was the second time I had the exact same experience at this store. The store fell short of my expectations. Very disappointed. I also found this on the Starbucks website: "During the same store visit, customers may receive refills of hot brewed or iced coffee and/or hot or iced tea when they purchase any initial beverage in any cup."

Really enjoy how much happiness all the employees brought us! Thank you very much and love the rainbow outside! Best Starbucks in the Sacramento area!
