Where do I begin? First off the box my quesadilla was in wasn't fully closed so I had to tear the bag to prevent my beans and salsa from spilling out. Then I found 3 separate hairs 1 in my beans & 2 in my rice. I'm not one to look for hairs but I found them as I was about to take a bite!! Gross!! I ordered a quesadilla. It didn't take long to come out but it was too salty. I have a high salt tolerance so if I notice it it must be a lot. The quesadilla wasn't folded properly which contributed more to my poor eating experience. I had to get a knife to cut it myself since it could hardly be considered edible since it was really hot, the 2 pieces weren't separating AND the beef was falling out as I tried to cut it. It's supposed to be cut when you receive it!! It came out quickly but that's about it. I decided to add this spot to my Google Maps list. Specifically the black list. This spot is convenient for lunch but I will NOT be returning here. The hygiene is clearly lacking and not a priority. We as customers deserve better!! Atmosphere mid. Service mid. Nothing special.

Order confirmation number : PI1-VA3,I have a group order for my office this morning, it's a busy location, but I wonder why the Guacamolei products (3-4 of them )were not fresh, very brown as picture, all of my co-workers are complaining about today's lunch, just because of their quacamolei looks not good. We are not satisfied with the Guacamolei quality today, please keep it as fresh as possible in the future. Everything else are fine.

Young group working here still I was very pleased with the service I got . The girl that make my bowl was very friendly. Upon checking out the other young girl that helped me was amazing with her customer service skills. Attention my my order and also my drink making sure prior to charging me . She made sure they had the drink available and ready. I really appreciate that . I will be coming back . It’s around the corner from my mom house .

This will go down as my favorite Chipotle of all time. I have lived in the area for nearly 4 years, and I can say each staff member I have interacted with has made this place feel like home for me. I come daily, and I cannot thank them enough for their kindness, reliability, and the good times we have had over the years. I had an informal birthday gathering here because my friends know how much I love the place, and I hope to continue building more great memories here! Thank you Chipotle on Brokaw!

If you make a online order are you expected to tip? If not will the mess up your order. They did in my case and left out the chips i paid for. Terrible tip culture.
