  Went here, because I was craving a safe burrito. By safe I meant a burrito that I can potentially eat without regretting the purchase. Lately when I’ve been craving a burrito, I search up whatever is close to me with decent ratings but once I get burrito it’s not what i expected and i regret getting it. Chipotle although is not authentic Mexican cuisine, it hits all my check marks because i customize it to my liking, hence the word “safe”. I get the burrito with the type of beans i like, the meat i like, and the fillings exactly how i like it, no fluff, and straight business. It was pretty packed in there and took 20 minutes before i could even order but once i did the food was ready fast. They ran out of the cilantro lime sauce and the napkins weren’t refilled but the service was good overall. The burrito did bust as i was eating it so it git messy. Another thing that was an issue was that certain ingredients were really cold so eating a burrito that was hot at certain areas and cold at others was a little weird.

  Great Customer service! I asked if I could hav3 a sample of all the meats and they kindly gave it to me. I went for the New Carne Asada Bowl 🥣 😋 It has a great taste and good portion. Thank you!

  My experience at this location was horrible. Order was late being ready when ordering online, no flavor in the meat, attitude from the lady at the front and nasty dining area.I asked for a few additional things such as my birthday guac, chips that weren’t stale, a clean table ( I asked for spray to do it myself). I was told that the chips are made daily and I just stood there looking at her because It doesn’t change that mine were. Although she replaced the chips, cleaned the table and provided the guac I could hear the frustration in her voice. I came in on a Monday night and ordered 46 dollars worth of food and won’ make that mistake again. When she went on break the team seemed to function better with a calm energy. I know it gets frustrating but it should never be taken out on the customer.

  Square burritos are wild. 😆 I won't be back. Also the points in their app expires in a few days apparently. Good riddance.

  Update: today 4/9/26 I encountered a very awful experience at this location again! I did a an online order that said it would be ready at 10:40am And as I walked in the door, the girl told me that they were closed and that she could not help me till 1045. I walked in at 10:40. I sat down and she pretty much yelled at me that they were closed again and I told her can I not sit in here until my order is ready and she said you can but it’s a bit dirty and I can’t help you till after 10:45. And she was absolutely right it was dirty. There were chips on the floor everywhere and there is no way that the place had been cleaned At closing the night before . I don’t think that the worker liked that I told her I would be sitting inside of the store because at 10:45 she decides to make herself some food and go take a break and eat in the front. Another female worker was also eating and I walk up to the front for break and I ask the guy for a refund and he let me know that he could not give me a refund. He said that I’d have to call his manager and begins to make my food in the back. Everybody in that store was either on a break or cleaning, so I did not feel comfortable with my order being m
