Truly a 10/10 experience! Insane portions, super friendly staff and a great experience overall. Food tasted super fresh and nice Highly recommend going to in person stores instead of ordering via eats etc.

Service and quality has improved the last few times I’ve gone. I used to avoid this Chipotle despite being the closest one to my office because of long waits and sad servings, but shelf pick up has improved online orders and the quantity of food seems back to normal. (I also love the Papalote Truck that parks out front)

Who in the world is getting decent portions here? This might be the worst Chipotle there is. Asked for steak and got about 3-4 pieces from a man in glasses. Then asked for fajita veggies and got the smallest scoop of it. When I asked for more, he literally gave me two pieces of peppers. It would've been more efficient to just use a pair of microscopic tweezers to add more.

A homeless person came in while we were eating and started washing her clothes with ice from the dispenser. With her bare, dirty hands! And then, she just filled her cup with soda without paying. I get that we should be nice to everyone, but seriously, the employees shouldn't just let people eat for free and annoy other customers. I won't use the beverage dispenser here any more.

It’s a pretty slow moving lunch line for what is supposed to be a streamlined process. There weren’t a lot of hot sauces and the few that were in the restaurant were weirdly placed. My bowl was fine but the guy at the registered practically walked away as I paid so I need to reach behind the register to grab my receipt. I like Chipotle but would not recommend this location.
