  I normally dont like to review chain restaurants but I had to after my experience today. Friday, after a long week, I wanted to spend my money on a giant burrito. Adrian ($$) serving up double chicken burritos with a great attitude. Rebecca put an arrow pointing to which end of my burrito I should eat first so it didn't get too messy. I went to sit down after paying and the tables were dirty. I asked for a towel to wipe the table (cause I know things can get busy). Rebecca assured me they just had a rush and someone was heading out to take care of it. Immediately someone came to the table I was heading for and wiped my table and then completed the round of the entire place. An upset costumer was then trying to take out some aggression on one of the employees. Rebecca assured them that the team was working very hard to complete the order (you could see they were) and to be patient a little longer. Moments like this restore my faith in our upcoming generation. The Costumer service unicorn although rare still exists ,and you can find it at this Chipotle! Thanks for a great experience!

  Google Review (1 Star – concise, direct) ⭐ 1 Star This Chipotle on Thrive Dr in Roseville is consistently disappointing, especially for drive-thru orders. Portions are small, food is often sloppily prepared, and quality drops noticeably compared to ordering inside. I’ve complained before, received vouchers, and saw firsthand that when orders are watched in-store, the food is suddenly made correctly. Tonight was the last straw: • Ordered a double steak bowl and received half steak and pork carnitas instead (I do not eat pork). • My wife’s bowl had a piece of plastic in it. • Overall careless prep and zero quality control. Food safety and accuracy should be non-negotiable. This location clearly does not take drive-thru orders seriously. Never again.

  05/02/26 PROS: Good customer service, fast service, hot food. CONS: Wet rice, beans don't taste right, pico de gallo not fresh, chicken doesn't taste grilled, watery sour cream, skimped on chicken, skimped on beans, skimped on lettuce, skimped on basically everything except the soggy rice. Honestly, sorry but although the service was good, this location was the worst Chipotle food we've ever had and we've had Chipotle at lots of different locations even though I didn't rate them all.

  AVOID THIS LOCATION LIKE THE PLAGUE! SERIOUS ISSUES HERE! This is by far the worst Chipotle I have EVER been to... My husband and I each ordered a steak bowl, got to looking at the receipt, they charged us for extra steak on both bowls! We didn't order that nor did we get it. Had to turn around and go back in, got refunded(glad we caught it)... Then we left to go eat, both bowls barely had any steak at all, and what was there was so full of fat and grissle it was disgusting and zero seasoning. I have never had this experience at Chipotle before...

  Food was great, workers were great.. but whoever made the chips that were shelved at 12:30 ish on 3/29... sir or ma'am, its not that hard. And this is coming from an ex-Chipotle employee from 2018. The job was literally, and in every context, half-azzed. Most of our 2 bags looked like this chip, and the others were under cooked and stale. So stale that my dad jokes became funny. Try looking at the chips as they fry, should help fix this issue in no time! K thanks, bye.
