Placed an order through the app for pickup. I always order my drink with oat beverage because I cannot tolerate dairy. I happened to arrive early and watched the barista make my drink. I clearly saw him add a splash of 2% milk before topping it up with oat beverage, then hand it to me. When I asked if he had just put regular milk in my drink, he replied, “Just a bit.” I explained that I can’t have dairy and asked him to remake the drink correctly. When he handed me the replacement, I said, “Thank you, but you can’t serve the wrong type of milk because some people have allergies.” Rather than apologizing or acknowledging the mistake, he simply looked at me and said, “It’s okay.” Everyone makes mistakes, and I would have completely understood if the response had been an apology and a corrected drink. What was disappointing was the apparent lack of concern about serving the wrong ingredient and dismissing a legitimate health concern. Whether someone has an intolerance or a life-threatening allergy, accuracy with ingredients matters. I hope this location reinforces the importance of taking customer dietary requests seriously and responding appropriately when mistakes happen.

It was my go to location. Used to serve quality drinks & service was quick compared to other starbucks locations. But for the past few weeks, the quality of the latte has gone really bad and wait time is painfully long

I’m ordering the same stuff every time through the mobile app, every time the guy with long blonde hair working is getting my order wrong. Every other time when it’s not him my drink is perfect.

I always look forward to my vanilla latte at Starbucks.The team is always welcoming, and it makes my visits such a nice little break in the day.

This location has basically stopped brewing coffee. If you’re not ordering an expensive specialty drink, they don’t want your business. Regular brewed coffee has to be made as an individual pour over. You have to wait an extra 5 to 10 minutes to get your order. And you can’t fix the problem by ordering ahead on the app becausewhen you order from further away, the app pushes your order further down the queue and they wait an extra 5 to 10 minutes to even start the order. This is a coffee company that doesn’t like making coffee.
