  When I visited, the barista was only preparing one person’s order and left me waiting at the cashier for about 10 minutes. What disappointed me the most was that she didn’t even apologize afterward, and her attitude was not pleasant at all. I also ordered an iced matcha latte, and it tasted really bad. It was very obvious that it was prepared carelessly. The branch was not clean, which made the whole experience even worse.

  I’ve been in numerous different Starbucks all over the city but the Starbucks inside Loblaws on St. Clair & Bathurst has got to be the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They don’t acknowledge you let alone greet you. They chat amongst their peers and carry on a conversation with one another as if you’re not standing there waiting to be served. It’s just a cold & unpleasant atmosphere. Every other Starbucks that I go to they are courteous, very friendly and happy to see you . This particular location however is the opposite. They don’t even ask you if you have an app for Starbucks, they serve your drinks all wet and cup all Sticky . They just flop your drink in front of you and turn their back. Every single one that works there seem to be unhappy and not customer oriented. Overall they should get proper training on what customer service means . I have no desire to ever go back to this location but I hope that head office read this and follow up on it .

  Terminally slow service at this location. On this particular experience I waited in line only to be told once it was my turn that they had no cold brew coffee available. How on earth does a coffee shop not have cold brew? And furthermore one would think they might have a sign posted to notify guests if several of their drink menu items are not available either? Won’t be coming back to this location again.

  I ordered my drink online before arriving. When I got there, I politely asked for the restroom code before picking up my drink, as I needed to use the restroom first. An older male employee (his name was JEFF/Jeffrey, or something very similar) responded to me in a very rude manner, saying “You should be a customer to use the restroom.” I calmly replied “I am a customer” because I had already placed my order. Instead of acknowledging that, he smirked at me and replied in an aggressive tone “I didn’t know about that.” He then gave me the code so quickly that I could not even understand what he said. I asked another female employee, but she also gave me the code very quickly and then turned away without any care. Finally, I approached a younger Asian male employee, who at first repeated the same line about being a customer. When I explained again that my drink was already waiting, he apologised and gave me the code clearly. He was the only respectful staff member in that moment, and I am thankful to him. Still, this was the rudest treatment I have ever experienced at Starbucks. I felt humiliated and unwelcome as a paying customer, simply for asking to use the restroom before pickin

  The person on Cash was new and the only good part about this experience. I ordered a grande caramel macchiato which was watery. I also ordered a grande chai latte which also was super watery. I ordered a banana loaf which when I got to my car smelled like ham I looked at it and it had cheese or something from a breakfast sandwich stuck to it absolutely disgusting. I did not have time to turn back and get my order remade as I was rushing to kids hockey. What is going on at the Starbucks? Over 18 dollar and we threw it all out. What a shame.
