I got the achiote chicken bowl and it was top notch flavor and was really fresh! Quality food for sure, and will recommend it 10/10! Not feeling over full or sluggish. David and Fatima also put the cherry on top for the experience. They provided the customer service that will definitely bring me back as well. Thanks guys!

Today around 3pm, I went with my toddler. I did not get the name of the person working the register, but they were wonderful! They interacted well with my toddler, and were patient and kind. They helped create a kid-friendly atmosphere that truly elevated this location in my mind. I am sorry I did not get your name. Thank you! On top of that the salad was good, service was fast, restaurant was clean. Top notch location and experience!

I like urban eats and enjoy the outdoor seating. Their food is generally fresh. I’ve had it a few times when it’s been sitting a little too long warming I like the tri-tip but it’s not always very tender. The gravy and mashed potatoes are amazing. Their salads are very good. The french fries are also very good.

Great place, great food and nice environment. The weekends usually are pretty busy with family and children enjoying the water fountains and hanging out lounging getting some sunshine. The outdoor seating is always my favorite. Thee food was delicious. We got the chicken pesto and chicken club sandwiches with side salads and the cilantro lime dressing. Everything was delicious and very fresh. Never disappoints.

Jack is my ultimate favorite in the Sacramento area for casual dining. I have never had anything here that is not awesome. I go to is definitely the urban fries because they’re insanely good. I usually get the chipotle barbecue tri-tip sandwich. The salads are very popular and they have lots of yummy sides to choose from. Honestly, I am a Jack super fan because I can’t even think of anything to try to avoid at this restaurant.
