I pulled up to the drive thru at 5:45am today(give or take) and ordered a ultimate breakfast sandwich combo(#25) and she asked me what I wanted to drink. I responded with a sprite thinking it came with the meal. She upcharged me for it and didnt let me know it was extra. So when I pulled up to the window, I asked if the sprite came with the meal and she said no, only the coffee. So I asked her to take it off. She then asked me "what am I supposed to do with the sprite" and I responded with "idk but I was under the impression that it came with the meal". I mean why ask what I want to drink if its not going to come with the meal? I took that as a way to get more money out of me for no reason. She didnt even let me know there was an upcharge for it. Why not next time instead of asking what I want to drink, ask me how I want my coffee? She then rolled her eyes at me and said out loud "Aye dios mio" (

Absolutely terrible, first off, I wanted to order more and instead of adding to my previous order or creating a new one, the worker told me to pull through the drive through again. I didn’t get my receipt, and my order was completely wrong. I ordered a double jack and got a single patty burger, as well as missing curly fries. Service was terrible, I wouldn’t recommend

I love this location! Probably my favorite, the food was great as always and the inside is actually super nice with a nice and cool sunroom (that may or may not have been closed?) Plus the Asian lady with wings at the counter was super nice and friendly and quick! I think their freestyle machine was even working too which is so rare at Jack in the Box, it's the equivalent of the McDonalds ice cream machine, you never know if it works or not

The curly fries 🍟 taste like they us old burn oil. I ask them they said no they are fresh and give other ones and taste the same the chicken on the hamburger look like fake came all together and it feel like plastic.
